1. Subscription Plans

We offer two subscription plans: monthly and annual. The first month of subscription is free for all users. After the trial period ends, the monthly subscription fee is $5.99 per month, and the annual subscription fee is $47 per year.

2. Newsletter Delivery

Subscribers will receive a weekly newsletter crafted by our team. The purpose of these newsletters is to ignite interest in your subscribers and keep leads warm. However, we do not guarantee an increase in sales or conversions as a result of these newsletters.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for subscription fees. Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time, but they must do so prior to the end of their first free month to avoid being charged. By continuing the subscription after the trial period, subscribers agree to be billed automatically according to their chosen subscription plan.

4. Billing

Subscription fees will be automatically billed to the subscriber's credit card on file. Subscribers have the freedom to cancel their subscription at any time, but missed payments will result in immediate removal from the Email Marketing Subscription service.

5. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide a valuable service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales or engagement. Results may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to the subscriber's industry, audience, and marketing strategies.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
