2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide all required content (images, text, branding, etc.) in a timely manner

  • Respond to revision requests and communication within 5 business days

  • Ensure you have the rights to use any submitted content

Failure to provide necessary content or feedback may delay the project timeline.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upfront unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are listed in USD and may vary based on the chosen service package.

Refunds are not provided for completed or in-progress services. If a cancellation is requested before any work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

4. Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes up to [2] rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed. Final approval must be given before your project is considered complete. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur an added fee.

5. Turnaround Time

We are not responsible for business outcomes, earnings, or results derived from the use of your website or funnel. Our service is focused on design and setup, not guaranteed business performance.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
